Job Description:
FA’S CLIENT seeking an experienced General Manager/Head of RD Vietnam for our Ho Chi Minh City R&D operations to oversee product development for FA’S CLIENT and business development of outsourcing opportunities within Vietnam and abroad.
A qualified candidate will receive a compensation package including stock options in the local company and will be expected to drive business development by pursuing outsourcing opportunities and taking on additional projects.
A successful candidate must have a very strong background with at least 10 years of prior R&D experience in software product & solutions engineering, project management, resource management, Windows application development, and testing. Lập trình "nhúng" hiện đang trên đà phát triển ở Việt Nam. Và nhân lực cho lĩnh vực này, các "Embedded System Engineer" đang ở trong tình trạng khan hiếm ở Việt Nam. 281 đang tuyển các kỹ sư này cho 2 công ty, 1 của Mỹ và 1 của Nhật nhưng tìm không được nhiều người thật sự "qualified".
Về mức lương thì các "Embedded System Engineer" cũng được trả khá hơn so với các "Web developer" (đang thừa ở Việt Nam)

Vụ "blank passwd" cho samba đã từng là vấn đề tranh cãi trước đây . Sau này, samba cho "null". Có hai điều kiện:
1) Thêm một option khi chạy smbpasswd.
2) Thêm một giá trị trong smb.conf.
Bà con thử tìm hiểu xem 2 điều kiện chính xác là gì 
1) Ta sẽ thêm option "-n" khi chạy smbpasswd với quyền root.
Với option này thì password của user tương ứng trong file smbpasswd được set về giá trị "Null" (blank password). Một dòng string "NO PASSWORD" sẽ được ghi lên.
2) Bên cạnh đó trong smb.conf, ở đoạn [global] ta thêm dòng
