Junior Linux IT Support

Job Requirement
- Must have 1+ year experience in Linux support.
- Must have skills and experience in problem solving on Linux platforms.
- Must be able to configure client system to specifications, troubleshoot problems, and follow problem management processes.
- Basic understanding of Network protocols and configuration is also required.
- Experience should be in IT Support.
- Good oral and written communication skills in English.
- Good knowledge & experience in LAMP system is a plus.
- Linux Certification will be a plus.
- Knowledge of French language is a plus.
