Data Centre Manager

Main Purpose Of Post
1. Understand management expectations in order to tailor approach and deliver consistently in a fast paced environment.
2. Under the guidance of the Operations Director to manage and support the production server environment.
3. Maintain and enhance existing documentation, inventory, contact lists, procedures, escalation sheets and roster.
4. Create action plans and tasks lists around various steady-state initiatives and routine maintenance jobs.
5. Direct remote-hands support to customers and IT teams.
6. Take on and resolve escalated support call
7. Apply software/infrastructure upgrade packages in the production environment.
8. Coordinate and communicate directly with other IT teams to ensure continuity when making changes for client environments.
9. Ownership of server deployment procedure and maintain OS Deployment imaging system and system imaged.
10. Maintain and update trouble-tickets that are assigned for client support requests.
11. Uphold the highest level of quality around physical state of the Data Centre systems including labeling, cleanliness, cabling, and layout.
12. Report work progress status to the Operations Director.
13. Take ownership of issues/problems and ensure timely escalation to the Operations Director.
14. Ensure issue resolution is communicated and expectations are set/met in a timely and effective manner.
15. Develop and/or contribute to process standard guidelines for service excellence.
16. Accountable for timely and appropriate response to requests for information that meet or exceed expectations.
17. Proactively coordinate with facilities providers for outstanding deliverables.

Job Requirement
1. At least 10 years of relevant experiences
2. Experiences in Data Centre setup and operation
3. Good communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills
4. Good analytical and problem solving skills
5. Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
6. Knowledge of both the Business and IT
7. Ability to work independently and in a team environment
8. Ability to keep pace with a fast growing company
9. Building and facility management exposure including CCTV and access control a plus
10. Fluent in English
11. Preferred Certifications:
MCSE, MCSA, MCPI, CCNA, CCNE, CCVP, ITIL, PMP, CMMI
12. Prefer Chinese Language
13. Proficient with expert knowledge in at least one of the following:
+ AIX, Linux and other flavours of Unix
Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory
Microsoft Internet Information Server(IIS), Apache, Websphere Microsoft SQL, Oracle
+ Database Blade Server and Station Citrix
VMWare SAN Norton and Barracuda anti-virus and anti-spam.
+ Cluster, load balanced and high availability solution Tivoli, OpenView and Remedy enterprise management solution
+ TCP/IP, WINS, DNS, SNMP, DHCP, Firewall, Time Server, WAN

em chưa hiểu gì về môn này nhưng 4000-5000 USD vẫn còn rẻ thì chắc là trách nhiệm cao lắm đây !

11. Preferred Certifications:

Nếu được trúng tuyển thì bồ sẽ ra vào Casino ít nhất là 5 ngày/tuần smilie
