Bạn nên set thêm tham số:

Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7-bit 

đồng thời set lại:

charset: utf8  

Các thông số này khá quan trọng đối với các mail server gmail, yahoo. Ngoài ra tiêu đề mail cũng cần để ý, tranh các từ bạn đang sử dụng: "Hi", "pls". 

Công ty của bạn có thuê ip tĩnh không? nếu server gửi mail mà không có ip tĩnh thì chắc chắn sẽ bị đánh dấu là spam.
