Hi anh/chị,


Công ty em dùng một đường truyền internet của viettel và tự cài đặt một server mail. Hiện tại toàn bộ mail gởi từ server mail đều bị Yahoo, Gmail move vào spam. Những việc em đã làm:

- Tạo record SPF, DKIM, rDNS.
- Em có test trên các trang test blacklist và kết quả đây:

- Nhưng rõ ràng một điều là IP của em không spam mà là em thuộc dãy IP bị liệt vào spam, với lại các hệ thống khác đều trả về kết quả OK. Vậy nguyên nhân vì sao em gởi mail vào Yahoo hoặc Gmail vẫn bị cho là spam và hướng khắc phục như thế nào ? Em rất mong anh/chị chỉ giúp em, cảm ơn rất nhiều.

Công ty của bạn có thuê ip tĩnh không? nếu server gửi mail mà không có ip tĩnh thì chắc chắn sẽ bị đánh dấu là spam.

Bên em sử dụng IP tĩnh (Lúc đăng ký gói cáp quang của Viettel thì được tặng kèm). Trường hợp em muốn thuê IP tĩnh và "sạch" thì em nên thuê bên nào ah ?

Kết hợp với dịch vụ mail relay của DNSexit . Ban thống kê xem số lượng mail gửi 1 ngày của cty bao nhiêu, sau đó thuê gói tương ứng.

Bạn nên set thêm tham số:

Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7-bit 


đồng thời set lại:

charset: utf8  


Các thông số này khá quan trọng đối với các mail server gmail, yahoo. Ngoài ra tiêu đề mail cũng cần để ý, tranh các từ bạn đang sử dụng: "Hi", "pls".
