Mô hình : 2 Switch 3560 thiết kế HSRP. Phía dưới 2 core swtich có các access switch. Trong hệ thống chia nhiều vlan.
Cấu hình HSRP, tui có vài câu mang tính nguyên tắc 1 chút về cấu hình HSRP cho mô hình này.

Chào chủ thớt PHT và bà con.

Dear anh chị em bà con cô bác
Dạo trước mình thấy 2 người quen bị dính laban.vn trên máy của họ. Biểu hiện của loại adware từ laban.vn như sau.
Mới đầu mình thấy icon laban.vn trên desktop của người bị dính. Mình xoá cái icon đó đi, nó hiện lại. Mình chạy Msconfig, thấy 1 dòng kích hoạt laban.vn ở có đường dẫn từ c:\users\$usersname\AppData\ hoặc 1 đường dẫn khác mình chưa gặp.
Trong registry, mình search laban.vn cũng ra 1 chổ trong
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run để chạy .exe của laban.vn ở đường dẫn trên.
Bà con nào có thông tin chi tiết hơn về adware của laban.vn hay triệu chứng tương tự, cung cấp cho mọi người biết để biết và dè chừng.

Nhưng mà các bạn có để ý là ở Việt Nam này nếu bỏ học giữa chừng và không học thêm cái gì hết sẽ có hạn chế gì không ?
Cái tệ của người viết bài này là nêu lên cái hướng đi của anh ta và quên không bàn luận sự thật phũ phàng của việc bỏ học.

Học và có tư duy suy nghĩ chứ, đâu phải học như cách xã hội đang làm cho người ta học vẹt. Và bà con cũng đừng đổ lỗi là do cái xã hội này rồi đi bỏ học. Suy nghĩ này nguy hiểm nha.

Có người đọc cái topic này rồi bỏ học hết đi học mỗi tiếng Anh, tui giả thuyết như vậy, thì sao đây ? Có ai hướng người ta bỏ học đi học mỗi tiếng Anh không đây. Tiếng Anh chỉ là một công cụ để làm việc, nghiên cứu sách vở, giao tiếp. Chứ đi làm kỹ sư ngành nào đó mà không có chuyên môn kỹ sư ngành thì làm gì tiếp. Học tiếng Anh thôi sao.

Mình đố các bạn, bao gồm bạn 500-1000, bỏ học đại học/cao đẳng/nghề/trường quốc tế/du học sinh/đại học nước ngoài, sau đó chỉ học mỗi tiếng Anh theo hướng mà chủ topic này khởi xướng, học khoản 3 4 năm gì đó , rồi đi kiếm tiền. Bạn được gì mất gì, sau đó quay lại đây. Bây giờ là khoản 9 giờ kém, ngày 6 tháng 5 năm 2013. CHo tới khoản ngày 6 tháng 5 năm 2016 hoặc 2017. Bạn quay lại đây tự giới thiệu mình xem mình như thế nào. Vậy mới nói được kết quả phải không.

Hỏi một câu. Lúc đói đọc sách tiếp thu tốt hay lúc no tiếp thu tốt.

Hỏi tiếp. Ai cho mình ăn.

Nếu chỉ học Anh ngữ, không học chuyên môn khác, làm sao xin việc.

Hỏi tiếp câu khác. Ai cũng làm xếp, vậy ai làm lính.

Người trình bày topic này mơ mộng hay sao ấy.

Nhìn cái nick này cũng quen quen, nhìn giống DLV trên Facebook. Nên thôi không trả lời. Thông cảm nha.

Có lời nhắn nhủ thế này. Đừng nghỉ học chỉ vì 1 lúc thiếu suy nghĩ. Không phải ai cũng có năng lực để bơi ở cái bễ nước VN trong hoàn cảnh này. Cho nên việc học vẫn là con đường dễ đi nhất.
Nghỉ học thất nghiệp ráng chịu nha quý vị.
Còn 1 câu nữa mà ai học tiếng Anh cũng biết. Nó là công cụ để học mấy cái khác, làm những cái khác. Nhiêu đó đủ hiểu rồi.

Bà con muốn nghỉ học như Bill Gates thì nghỉ thoã mái. Đường nghỉ học và đường có học khác nhau nhiều nha.

Job Requirement
- Applicants must hold a university degree in computer science, information and communications technology or software engineering with an excellent, very good or good rank.
- Applicants must be good in English, specifically in writing and reading skills.
- Previous experience with project management and/or supervisor-type jobs (team leaders, technical assistants, etc.) is an advantage.
- Applicants must be good at object-oriented programming concepts. Good knowledge and experience in design patterns; agile development methodology is a plus.
- 2-year+ experience in web development is required.
- Applicants must be able to review and analyze others’ source code, measure performance, detect popular security issues such as SQL injection, XSS, etc.
- Having experience in working with Unix-based OS, deploying web applications to remote servers is a plus.
- Previous experience in development tools such as Jira, Wiki, etc. is an advantage.

Salary Range: 600 - 1000 USD per month
