Technical Supporter - Magento Ecommerce System

Quality: 1
Location: Ha Noi

Tasks:
- Monitor and respond to ticket system
- Analyse and translate customer requirements into issues for developers
- Creating small user guides
- Configure back-end of clients website

Requirements :
- Two years+ experience working in IT business
- Excellent English communication. Be able to work directly with foreigners especially in written but also in spoken English
- Experience in highly-standardized work environments
- Proactive and independent
- Strong skills in communicating
- Strong skills in analyzing
- Detail-oriented

Highly valued extra requirements:
- Deep knowledge of open source system Magento
- Able to program in PHP
