Job Description

Job description:

- To be the escalation point for technical issues of all .Net software development projects performed in a location.
- To manage the development schedules.
- To lead and manage the architecture governance process.
- To set guidelines, review architecture alternatives, and perform technical evaluations.
- To spend also about 75% of the time as a technical leader in projects directly and on daily basis.
- To help the Project Manager in Software Development Projects.
- To support presale when required.
- To self-train on new technologies and features of useful software.
- To propose to the Technical Manager on technical direction/vision for the whole team.
- To strictly follow all processes and procedures established by the company in compliance with ISO 9001 & CMM standards.
- To participate in the yearly evaluation for .Net developers (if required by the management).
- To perform other tasks requested by Management.
- Solution Architect reports directly to Technical Manager.
- Solution Architect has technical authority on the execution of assigned projects in the location.

Job Requirement

- University degree in Computer Sciences, or equivalent.
- IT knowledged-base, and current IT technologies.
- Technical Professional certificates.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in software development and at least 2 years as Solution Architect in international software company.
- Expert in .NET technology, and database programming language.
- Demonstrated experience coding .NET applications and deploying those solutions. Microsoft Visual Studio capabilities web development (.ASP .NET, HTML, CSS, XSL, XSLT, JavaScript, IIS).
- Experience in developing solutions using Windows SharePoint Services 3.0, Business Data Catalog, Excel Services, Workflow integration.
- Strong SQL database management skills and experience with SQL Server and with SQL Server 2005 Reporting Services.
