Job Description:
• Write software programs, including design, program, test & write technical documentation.
• Program applications in compliance with established coding quality standard of the company.
• Management of assigned internal and external developments.
• Process the client's requests, feedback and fix the bugs.
• Help the clients in technical support.
• To self-train on new technology and new features of useful software.
• Help the Project Manager in Software Development Projects (testing, assisting).
• Make research and development (finding solution for difficult issues, studying new software, reading technical articles, searching new development environment...).
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Project Manager & Chief Technical Manager.
• To attend all regular meetings related to production.

Job Requirement:
• University degree in Computer Sciences, or equivalent.
• At least 4 - 5 years of experience in software development.
• Have good software architecture and design mindset.
• Required Database skills
• Broad range of exposure to MS technologies: VB, ASP, COM/DCOM, ASP.NET, .NET.
• Know new MS technologies is a plus (e.g WPF, WCF, Silverlight, etc)
• Strong in English (for 4 skills), can engage with business end users to initiate functional requirements gathering, discuss technical requirements with technical team, hands-on coding when necessary.
• Good interpersonal & teamwork skill.
