Job description:
• The Principal Software Engineer (PSE) is responsible to writes complex software programs from design specifications; Plans, executes and documents unit tests; Reports status and issues; Documents detailed designs; Accountable for unit test leakage; Contributes to and may decide upon system architecture and design decisions.
• Analyzing client requirements and translate them into system requirements
• To implement strictly all the customer’s process if being requested, company’s processes and systems complied with CMM standard.
• To perform other tasks assigned by the Line Manager, Project Manager & Technical Manager
• Principal Software Engineer is reporting directly to the Project Manager/Project Leader and Technical Manager

Job Requirement:

• University degree in Computer Sciences, or equivalent
• Have strong knowledge, experienced in software development including web system development, windows development, database development, mobile and network application development, especially in .NET
• IT knowledge-base, and current IT technologies
• Strongly in using C#-OOP, HTML, ASP/ASP.NET, and Database programming language.
• Have experience in SharePoint, Silverlight is Plus.
• Good knowledge in Reporting, Business Intelligence
• Accountable, proactive, passionate in improve self and team’s technical skills, strongly contribute to productivity improvement activities
• Good interpersonal & teamwork skill
• Able to quickly learn new technologies
• Good ability to self-train on new technologies & to provide training to new staff
• Team builder or able to work independently
