Mình nghĩ có thể là kiểu như 1 dạng code tạo hình nền hay icon cho folder/usb hay 1 ứng dụng nào đó trên usb smilie

đoạn mã này thường nằm trong file : desktop.ini nằm trong folder
đoạn mã này dử dụng để thay đổi icon của folder và thumbanains của folder
