Job Title: Website Developer (WD):

*Summary of position:
The WD will work in a team and all of you have responsible for client satisfaction. The WP is expected to work closely with the Sales and Design teams in order to consistently provide excellent customer services, as right as represent client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality of Website. In addition, the WP should build good relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.

*Responsibilities:
• Responsible for all client technical request, conflict resolution, and compliance on client.
• Working closely with the Sales team to follow up the payment schedule in the signed contract.
• Understanding of company capabilities and services, and effectively working all technical request from the sales or client.

- Carrying out assigned tasks in timely manner.
- Researching and finding solutions for both minor and complex problems.
- Properly writing documents for code.
- Doing research on new system.
- Building up team technology standard and foundation.
- Designing and planning new development for a new system.
- Supporting team members on all technical difficulties.
- Training new team members and recruiting more team members.
- Reporting progress and status of each task to manager frequently.
- Following work flow, following process in Project management system.
- Reporting to manager if having difficulties.
- Managing weekly tasks by yourself, planning and working effectively
- Supporting other team members, enhancing team work efficiency.

*Remuneration:
- Monthly salary and bonus based on either performance/value to customers
- Other skill training for 3-6 weeks at Ben Tre
- A laptop after one year of working based on performance.
- Holiday packages.
- And all other compulsory benefits for employees.

*Job Requirement:
- No need diplomas
- No need experiences
- Fluent in Javascript, CSS, PHP, HTML, MySQL/MSSQL
- Excellent at learning new systems.
- Excellent at using and optimizing database, good at managing database.
- Good organizing, time management and problem solving skills.
- Good communication and team work skill.

Job Type: Full time

Salary Range: $150 - $800
Work Place: Ben Tre City
