Em dùng 2 máy tính để vào internet qua cùng 1 modem viettel(modem khuyến mãi),một máy kết nối qua card mạng còn máy kia kết nối qua cổng USB.Em đặt tên 2 máy khác nhau nhưng cùng một workgroup nhưng 2 máy vẫn không nhận được ra nhau.Cả 2 đều vào internet bình thường.Giờ muốn có thể chia sẻ tài nguyên và máy in giữa 2 máy thì phải làm sao ạ?Mong nhận được câu trả lời sớm.Thân mến.

Xem đặt địa chỉ IP, subnet mạng đúng chưa? Nếu chưa đúng thì ko nhận ra là đúng rồi.

Hihi dùng DHCP thì cấu hình sai làm sao được. Bạn có ping được từ máy này đến máy kia không?

Hai máy vẫn có thể ping cho nhau được,tuy nhiên ping bằng tên máy thì nó báo không tìm ra host.

Firewall của windows thì từ khi cài máy đến giờ không bật và kiểm tra lại thì nó vẫn tắt.Firewall của trình antivirus thì để mặc định chưa chỉnh sửa gì.Chạy settup home or small ofice network thì có một máy(máy laptop,tạm gọi máy A) khi vào my network place có hiển thị máy A trong workgroup,còn máy để bàn(máy B) khi vào view workgroup computer thì báo "the list of servers for the workgroup í not currently available".Không biết em có disable service nào bên máy B không nữa.

Em mở cái máy để bàn ra thì nó như thế này,nên em không chỉnh sửa gì smilie

máy laptop cũng tương tự)

Em để vậy đã đúng chưa anh,vẫn chưa đựoc anh ạ smilie

3. Sử dụng UNC để test:
Vào start-run gõ vào \\IP của máy còn lại\c$ thử xem có được ko?

Mấy cái file printer sharing.. đó trước giờ em vẫn tick,account khách đã enable,đã share nguyên một ổ đĩa trên desktop,lệnh đó gõ vào thì nó báo ...no longer available.

Dùng thử Network Setup Wizard đi bạn. Trên cả 2 máy nhé. Nó ở trong Control Panel

Cám ơn mấy bác.Em nối mạng được rồi,chắc là tại có thằng nào đó xung đột với kaspersky,fix không được nên em phải cài lại và set lại modem từ đầu.Dù sao cũng cảm ơn mọi người đã quan tâm.
