em đã đọc cái của bác rồi và cố tình không mở cmd xem nó dở khóc dở cười như thế nào .đúng là màn hình có giật cà tưng nhưng hầu như mọi thứ vẫn hoạt động bình thường .Vì nhấn ALT +TAP vẫn có thế đến đựoc cửa sổ khác hơn nữa CTRL + ALT +DEl vẫn hoạt động như thường . Ngoài cách như các bác kia có nói thì em nghĩ ra một cách như sau: đầu tiên nhấn CTRL + ALT +DEl hiện ra Task Manager chọn New task ( run) rồi chuyển đến ổ C ( C:) rồi vào C:\Documents and Settings tìm account của mình vào thư mục desktop xoá file .url kia đi là xong. Phần mềm được làm trên VB.net 2005. (cài .net Framework 2.0 vào nhé) Bạn double click vào folder muốn khóa hoặc mở khóa , thiết lập password rồi ấn "Lock" hoặc "UnLock".
