Hiện tại mình đang cài dịch vụ Zimbra, đã cài DNS và các gói cần thiết để install Zimbra, nhưng khi chạy sh install.sh thì báo lỗi như sau:

Khi mình bấm Y hay N đều báo lỗi "./util/utilfunc.sh: line 190: perl: command not found"

Mình đã tìm lỗi trong utilfunc.sh nhưng tình hình vẫn báo lỗi vậy.

Hix đã tìm lỗi do cài thiếu gói Perl.

Sau khi cài Perl thì setup install.sh thì báo:

Trong lúc cài đặt thì sau khi cài xong gói :
zimbra-spell......zimbra-spell-7.2.0_GA_2669.RHEL5_64-20120410001942.x86_64.rpm...done

thì báo lỗi:
" /usr/bin/perl: symbol lookup error: /opt/zimbra/zimbramon/lib/x86_64-linux-thread-multi/auto/IO/IO.so: undefined symbol: Perl_Tstack_sp_ptr "

Mình đã tìm hiểu trên mạng là cp file /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.10.0/i386-linux-thread-multi/ sang /opt/zimbra/zimbramon/lib/i386-linux-thread-multi/ nhưng vẫn không được.

các bác cho em hỏi. em cài zimbra dc đến phần chọn các gói cứ chọn yes ý thì đến lúc cài nó báo lỗi này:

Như thế này thì em đã làm sai chỗ nào hay bị sao hả các bác

Dường như bản Perl trên máy bạn không "match" với bản setup zimbra này. Bạn thử:

$cp -prfv /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.10.0/i386-linux-thread-multi/* /opt/zimbra/zimbramon/lib/i386-linux-thread-multi/

rồi chạy:

sau khi fix xong lỗi ý lại bị lại lỗi này:

ý mình là bản zimbra RHL 5 32 bit.
EM vừa làm thế này xong:
For 32-bit:
rsync -av /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.10.0/i386-linux-thread-multi /opt/zimbra/zimbramon/lib
rsync -av /usr/lib/perl5/5.10.0/i386-linux-thread-multi /opt/zimbra/zimbramon/lib
rm -rf /opt/zimbra/zimbramon/lib/perl5

và cài lại thì ko báo cái lỗi trên nữa nhưng lại ra cái lỗi :

em đã tắt iptables và ip6tables rồi ạ, chạy lệnh của bác ra thế này:

Nếu server của bạn chưa chạy production, bạn thử làm như sau:

zmcontrol stop
rm -rf /opt/zimbra/db/data/*
/opt/zimbra/libexec/zmmyinit

Nếu bị báo permission denied, chạy lệnh sau dưới quyền root:

/opt/zimbra/libexec/zmfixperms

Theo dõi output tail -f /var/log/zimbra.log xem báo lỗi gì.

Vẫn bị lỗi perl kìa, bạn làm lại bước copy perl ở trên rồi chạy lại xem.

Lỗi này xảy ra khi:

- Bản Zimbra của bạn sai với hệ điều hành đang chạy. ( Bạn đang chạy HĐH gì? )
- Bản Perl đang chạy sai với bản Perl build zimbra.

Bạn check lại kĩ, lỗi này trên forum Zimbra đã được thảo luận khá nhiều.

HDH của mình là centos 6. bản 32 bit
mình cài zimbra bản RHL5 32 bit luôn
Mình đọc thì toàn thấy nói check lại os để mình check lại 1 lần nữa xem sao vậy

Zimbra không có bản 32 bit cho Centos 6. Bạn dùng bản RHEL 5 cài thì không được là phải rồi.

Mình cài lại bản zimbra 8. 64 bit trên rhl6 64 bít. khi cài thì ok hết nhưng bắt đâu tới doạn này thì bị báo lỗi fail:

Adding mail.zimbra.com to zimbraMailHostPool in default COS...failed. Couldn't find a server entry for mail.zimbra.com

Trên server Zimbra bạn đang dùng DNS riêng hay trỏ DNS đến server khác?

Lỗi này do DNS của bạn cấu hình sai thôi, cần đảm bảo server có thể phân giải các tên miền mà zimbra yêu cầu. Sau đó chỉnh lại cấu hình zimbra là được.

DNS mình check phân giải thì đúng:
[root@mail ~]# nslookup mail.cdit.com.vn
Server: 10.171.21.171
Address: 10.171.21.171#53

Name: mail.cdit.com.vn
Address: 10.171.21.171

[root@mail ~]# host -t mx cdit.com.vn
cdit.com.vn mail is handled by 10 mail.cdit.com.vn.

[root@mail ~]# vi /etc/resolv.conf

; generated by /sbin/dhclient-script
nameserver 10.171.21.171

nhưng có 1 điều là cứ restart lại eth0 hay máy chủ thì bị chèn vào thếm 1 dòng ở Resolv.conf:
search local.cdit.com.vn cdit.com.vn cái dòng này mình đã xoá và save lại rồi nhưng cứ reset máy hoặc card mạng thì bị, mình đang dùng máy ảo
nameserver: 10.171.21.171

Mình nghĩ về lỗi DNS chỉ còn sai mỗi chỗ này vì mình cứ sửa xong thì restart lại card mạng hay máy ảo là bị ngay thêm dòng mà mình note màu đỏ ý smilie
