lỗi khi start SMagent trên RHEL

Hi all,

Mình đã cài đủ các gói để quản lý hệ thống SAN DS4700. tuy nhiên khi start SMagent lên thì có lỗi như sau

Hi all, mình có cần thêm thông tin j nữa không. sao không thấy ai reply trả lời giúp mình!!
PS: Chắc các pro mải xem worldcup mất rồi!!

Thử dùng gdb để "đọc" file core kia hoặc debug bằng strace xem.

Những lỗi tạo core dump thường do cài không đúng bản (ví dụ máy chạy 32-bit lại cài bản 64-bit) hoặc các thư viện cấp thấp của hệ thống không thoả mãn đòi hỏi của ứng dụng muốn chạy.

Nếu ứng dụng tạo core file thì nên tìm cách phân tích core file để biết chuyện gì xảy ra. Ứng dụng trên chạy trên Java nên chắc chắn phải có java exceptions được log ở đâu đó. Nên đọc kỹ tài liệu sử dụng để nằm rõ những đòi hỏi cài đặt và nơi logs được lưu để tìm thêm manh mối.

cám ơn mọi người.

Mình check lại thì đúng như a commal phán đoán là không đúng phiên bản thật.
Ban đầu khi mình download gói quản lý là các gói rời trên
http://www-933.ibm.com/support/fixcentral/swg/downloadFixes

là gói
Code:

SM10.60_LoP_Single-10.60.xx.17.tgz (trong này là 4 file cần cho quán lý)

và bị lỗi như trên.
Sau đó mình đown gói multi

SM10.60_LoP_SMIA-10.60.xx.17.tgz

trong list đưa ra cài thì OK.

Chắc do gói Single chỉ hỗ trợ 32 bít
