1) Vị trí cần tuyển: System Operator

Job Descriptions:
• Responsible daily system, servers & network operations and administration task activity.
• To support, monitor, test and troubleshoot online services system, software and software applications issues.
• Responsible to monitor and support the servers availability and stability.
• Perform and monitor the backup and restore as per schedule or request.
• Perform and monitor system schedule job to ensure it is completed successfully.
• Ensure availability of infrastructure connectivity by using monitoring tools effectively.
• Perform daily checklist to minimize system downtime and ensure business continuity.
• Ensure immediate and proper escalation and notification of unresolved problems / failures to appropriate parties (2nd level of support) for prompt remedial action.
• To ensure appropriate process standards are met and maintained.

Requirements:
• At least Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of local area network (LAN) and WAN/Network environment.
• Familiarity with Windows 2003 Server & Linux platform (LAMP) with good troubleshooting skills and knowledge of Windows/*nix-based OS, networking, web-based infrastructure and hardware issues are essential.
• Comfortable to work with minimal supervision, have the ability to work in a team environment and consistently demonstrate initiative.
• Willingness to work in rotating schedules.

Job Descriptions:
• Installation and configuration of security softwares/equipment (IDS, Firewall).
• Maintaining network security, platform security (e.g. Windows, Linux).
• Work closely with IT sections on corporate technology developments to fully secure information, computers, network and processing systems.
• Remain informed on trends and issues in the security industry, including current and emerging technologies.
• Coordinating requests for penetration test (assess network or server vulnerabilities) and application security test (assess web application vulnerabilities)

Requirements:
• At least Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of local area network (LAN) and WAN/Network environment.
• Familiarity with Windows 2003 Server & Linux platform (LAMP) and knowledge of Windows/*nix-based OS, networking, web-based infrastructure are essential.
