UH, tớ biết là RS có thể download free được, nhưng mà không hiểu sao RS lại luôn khước từ lời thỉnh cầu xin download free của tớ.

Bạn chí vào Free rồi đợi vài chục giây, sau đó chí vào Download mà gặp thông báo này sao?

Hừm, nếu bị NAT IP gì đó thì nó phải thông báo (IP này hiện tại đang download chứ? Hẹn download lại sau...) sao lại bị limited nhỉ? Free cũng có limit đó anh.
